1. Promoter

The promoter is Sky Is The Limit Competitions.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Disney, Disney On Ice, the venue, or any third party.

2. The Competition

The prize is three (3) tickets to Disney On Ice: Into the Magic at the OVO Hydro, Glasgow, taking place on Thursday 19 March at 16:30.

3. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Proof of age may be required.

4. How to Enter

Paid Entry

• Entries cost £0.20 per entry.
• Entries are available via the Sky Is The Limit Competitions website.
• Each entry provides one chance to win.

Free Entry (Postal Route)

• Free entry is available by sending an entry via first or second class post.
• Postal entries must include:

  • Contact telephone number
  • Email address
  • Name of the competition

• Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.
• Postal entries must arrive before the draw date to be valid.

5. Draw Date

• The draw will take place on 7 February, regardless of the number of entries sold.
• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (paid and free).

6. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the details provided within 48 hours of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize

• The prize consists of three tickets to the stated event only.
• No cash alternative or substitution is available.
• Travel, accommodation, food, and other expenses are not included.
• Tickets are subject to the event organiser’s and venue’s terms and conditions.

8. Prize Delivery

• Tickets will be delivered electronically or via another agreed method before the event date.
• The Promoter is not responsible for tickets once they have been successfully delivered.

9. Event Changes

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling.
• If the event is cancelled, no alternative prize or compensation will be offered unless required by law.

10. Liability

• The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering or winning the competition, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
• Data will only be used for the administration of this competition and will not be shared without consent.
• Winners agree to their name being announced for promotional purposes.

12. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
